Hooke has immediate openings (Spring 2010) for two entry-level lab technician/junior-level scientists.
These positions are for laboratory work in experimental biology and medicine. You'll be working with laboratory mice and rats - caring for them, monitoring their health, administering drugs, etc.
You must be flexible re work hours; this position includes some evening and weekend work.
The ideal candidates will have a degree in biochemistry, chemistry, the physical sciences, medicine, biology, or engineering.
You must be:
- Willing to handle animals
- Flexible
- Ready to learn and work hard at doing good science for our customers
We will also consider part-time positions for college students.
All positions are at our facility in Lawrence MA, close to I-93 and I-495.
