For induction of CIA in DBA/1 mice
Supplied in pre-filled syringes, ready to use. This product is intended to be used together with Hooke Kit™ Chicken Collagen/CFA Emulsion (EK-0210).
- Consistently induces arthritis in 100% of both male and female DBA/1 mice
When used with the recommended protocol, about 30% of mice develop arthritis within 16 to 20 days, and the remainder within 30 to 35 days of immunization. Most mice reach disease severity of 10 to 14 (on the scale 0 to 16).
